The event will be fully contained inside of Washington Park. No public/neighborhood streets will be impacted. Participants are encouraged to park at South High School and to take public transportation.

‍Event Description for The Great Candy Run 5K

The Great Candy Run, which is this November 10th at Washington Park in Denver (the original sweet and local event). So why not come out and get your SWEET on and make some SWEET memories?

We started this event to bring families and friends together after nearly losing our twin daughters to a fetal syndrome (which led to the founding of the Fetal Health Foundation). We wanted a family and friend-centric and nostalgic event, and what is that better than the sharing of candy?
