The 33rd annual Humane Colorado Furry Scurry is a 2-mile walk in Denver’s Washington Park in support of our vital mission of ending pet homelessness and animal suffering. We met over 3,000 Scurriers and their furry companions dressed to impurress in 2025! Will you help us reach even more people?

May 2, 2026, is an action-packed day for you and your dog! The run starts at 9am, but the fun continues until noon with the Flealess Market, pet education, food trucks, and more!

This year, people can gather in person on Saturday, May 2 OR walk remotely between now and May 10 (although we hope you choose May 2 for your virtual stroll!). No matter where you scurry, every step you take and dollar you raise will make a lasting difference for the animals in our care.

To celebrate our 33rd year, we’re offering a range of fun activities we know you’ll love. If a virtual experience is more your style, you can walk the two miles wherever you wish. The event entrance will be located at the corner of E. Mississippi Ave. and S. Franklin St. Please see other side for a map of the event area. We will also host a packet pick-up at the registration area on Friday, May 1 from 4–7 p.m.
