It takes neighbors to make a neighborhood.

So many of the things WPENA has accomplished this past year — from bringing neighbors together at community events (July 4th, Earth Day, Garden Tour, Summer Send-off) to keeping everyone informed and advocating for our neighborhood — happened because neighbors volunteered their time, ideas, and talents.

Now we’d love to have a few more neighbors join Us.

Whether you’re interested in serving on the WPENA Board, helping with a committee, volunteering at an event, or simply lending a hand with something you care about, there’s a place for you to get involved.

The form will ask for just a little information about you (or the neighbor you’re nominating) and why you’d like to get involved.

And don’t worry — getting involved doesn’t have to mean a huge time commitment. Whether you have a little time or a lot, we work hard to keep volunteering reasonable, manageable, and meaningful.

Board elections will take place at our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 13.
