Food Trucks coming to Wash Park

Through various park planning processes such as Game Plan for a Healthy City and the Outdoor Downtown Plan, we have heard that Denver residents would like their park experience to include food and beverage offerings. In response, Denver Parks and Recreation is planning to launch, Feast In Denver’s Nature, a food truck pilot program that will run in three different locations this summer: Commons Park, Washington Park and Paco Sanchez Park. Each of the parks will host three food trucks on designated days and times.

The pilot program will run between June 5 and August 31 of this year. On Wednesdays and Saturdays food trucks will be at Paco Sanchez and Washington Park. Commons Park will be hosting food trucks on Thursdays. Times will generally be from midday until early evening, with slight changes at each park to account for park visitation.

Applications for food truck vendors will open later this month and be open through April 19, 2024. We will provide you with more details and would appreciate your help in sharing this opportunity with your network.
