Event Schedule
Set Up - Sunday, December 15 at 5:00 AM
Event Activities - Sunday, December 15 from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM
Tear Down and Cleanup - Sunday, December 15 from 10:00 AM until 12:00PM

Location, Closures, Transportation and Parking Details
The event will take place at Washington Park. The entire event will be run with in the park limits and will not require any road closures. However, we are expecting 1,500 runners, so parking in the area will be impacted on Sunday morning. A lot of the participants will park in the high school parking lot, but a lot will also park on the surrounding streets.

Public Health
The race will follow state and local public health orders and guidelines to ensure a safe event.

Special Features
We are expecting 1,500 runners and walkers for this event. We will have a DJ at the finish line in the diagonal with sound starting at 8:30 AM. This will help to create a party like atmosphere near the finish line expo.
